If you are interested in taking on a franchise in Central London, TaxAssist Accountants now has two new business opportunities available to you – either a partnership opportunity with an existing franchisee, or a new franchise in a prime location in London, in an untapped section of an existing franchisee’s territory.
In April this year we celebrated our 20th Anniversary, for the first 20 years the franchise was wholly owned by the founder – however, following the ground breaking Franchisee Assisted MBO last year, we now have franchisees owning over 35% of the whole franchise operation both UK and Internationally.
Now that we are part franchisee owned, franchisees are keener than ever to support franchisor initiatives. One initiative we currently have is partnership opportunities with existing franchisees in the London Area.
We have a number of established and successful franchisees within the M25 who are looking to partner with a new franchisee for sections of their areas they have yet to establish. We now have a partnership offering that will see the Franchise Fee from the incoming franchisee invested in the new partnership business to assist in the funding of the shop. A win win situation for all parties - the new franchisee coming in sees the investment back into their business, the existing franchisee sees a section of their area now being expanded into and the franchisor sees another shop and business established.
Alongside this opportunity, working with our London franchisees, we have managed to identify in excess of 70 new areas within the M25, each having a registered population of in the region of 30k to 50K and where TaxAssist should be able to identify a suitable location for their ground breaking, award winning business generating shop fronts.

We are looking for partners to go straight into shop front premises - ideally qualified accountants with commercial business experience and good communication skills.
